RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returned items must be in its original re-salable condition. Up to 50% refund will be given for used or damaged products.

A 20% re-stocking fee will apply for unused products.

REPLACEMENT

Please let me know of any problems when you get your order. Immediately a replacement globe and/or metal body will be sent when you provide a photo showing the damage. (I need the photo to compensate from the courier).
